Respitality Weekends for Parents
Respitality is a combination of respite and hospitality which offers families who care for a child or adult family member a Friday or Saturday night stay in a hotel with dinner and breakfast for two. For 24 hours, families relax away from the every day stress of caring for a disabled family member. Local hotels, motels,
restaurants and entertainment businesses donate their services and Cerebral Palsy of Virginia provides the families with a stipend of $50 to help pay for the care giver of their choice to come into the family to care for their disabled family member.
